Alfie's Gutter Cleaning

Alfie's Gutter Cleaning is an owner-operated business. The owner, Alfie, personally quotes and completes the work. The business holds public liability insurance and QLD WorkCover for height work, and is ABN registered. It services the Sunshine Coast, QLD, from Caloundra to Noosa and inland to Nambour, Palmwoods and Beerwah. Services include gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning, pressure cleaning and house washing.

Gutters are hand-cleared and downpipes flushed, with all debris bagged and taken away. Solar panel cleaning uses soft, deionised-water panel washing. House washing uses low-pressure soft washing for render, weatherboard, brick, eaves and windows. Jobs are quoted at a fixed price before work starts. Before-and-after photos and certificates of currency are available on request.

Homeowners on the Sunshine Coast who booked gutter and downpipe clearing describe a service that runs smoothly from first contact to final check. Punctuality stands out, with Alfie arriving when promised and working quickly, and one household notes he fitted them in at short notice when water was overflowing. Reviewers frequently point to the thoroughness of the result: gutters, downpipes, drainage pipes and solar panels left clear, with the improvement obvious after the next downpour.

Supporting photographs of the completed work give owners confidence that nothing was missed, and safety awareness during the job is noted. Communication is another theme, as messages are answered promptly before and after the visit, making arrangements straightforward. Customers characterise Alfie as polite, friendly and respectful, and several comment on reasonable, fair pricing for the standard delivered. Tidiness afterwards is mentioned too, with the site left clean. A theme running through the feedback is the genuine pride taken in the finished job, which leaves homes and sheds around the region draining freely.
