Gutter Knight Sunshine Coast

Gutter Knight Sunshine Coast is a family-owned company run by Warren and his wife Jane. Blake Lanham is the franchise owner and is a qualified tradesman with over 22 years of hands-on experience and is QBCC licensed. The business services the greater Sunshine Coast region. It offers a 15-year product warranty and a 20-year workmanship warranty, and is fully insured and licensed. Gutter guards are manufactured in Brisbane and are Australian made.

Installation is available on tiled, Trimdek, metal corrugated, and Decramastic tile roofs, as well as commercial and industrial roofs. Before installing gutter guards, the business cleans gutters of leaves and debris and inspects downpipes for blockages. A mobile display unit is provided for customers to see products. The business serves residential, commercial, industrial, town houses, and schools. Main services include gutter guard installation and gutter protection.

Gutter Knight Sunshine Coast draws steadily positive accounts of gutter cleaning and guard installation across the region. A recurring theme is the methodical, tidy completion of work in which leaves and debris are cleared before the guard goes on. Punctuality and reliability feature prominently: quotations arrive promptly, jobs are turned around in a short time, and scheduled visits are honoured. Warren and Dewa are singled out repeatedly for a courteous and professional manner, and customers writing about their orders describe steep or awkward roofs handled with ease, with before and after photographs supplied to demonstrate the change.

The calibre of the materials, which coordinate with roof colouring, is a point that comes up often, as is the reasonableness of the pricing given ahead of time. Reviewers also value the practical results: foliage stays out of gutters and tanks, birds have ceased nesting beneath the roof, and the guard defends against vermin and bushfire embers. Treatment is described as polite from the first quotation through to the final clean-up, and the neat finish to each installation earns consistent comment. Dewa's careful clearing and fitting of the guard stands out in particular.
