Gutter-Vac Sunshine Coast

Gutter-Vac was founded in 1995 by Warren Ballantyne, who pioneered the first effective gutter vacuuming machine. The company has been vacuum cleaning gutters for over 20 years. Gutter-Vac Sunshine Coast South is owned by Stuart Anderson and Ivan Carlse. Technicians receive specialised training in the company's vacuum technology.

Gutter-Vac carries comprehensive insurance and offers a satisfaction guarantee. Its service area includes eight Australian States and Territories. Services include gutter cleaning, pressure cleaning, solar panel cleaning, tank cleaning, gutter guard installation, mould and lichen removal, bird proofing, and ceiling cavity cleaning.

Homeowners with leafy blocks and high rooflines across the Sunshine Coast recur throughout the feedback for this gutter cleaning specialist, and the same story repeats: gutters packed with leaf litter are cleared out fully, with debris removed rather than scattered. A number of customers describe the booking process as straightforward from first call to completion, and the before-and-after photographs supplied after each visit are mentioned often, along with reports on the condition of the roof and solar panels spotted during the work.

Reviewers repeatedly single out Steve for his friendly, helpful manner and the way he answers questions and leaves the site tidy, while Jen in the office earns praise for fitting jobs in at short notice, including one household desperate to beat incoming wet weather. Punctuality and speed come up again and again, as does the peace of mind that comes from regular servicing in storm season and among mature trees. Long-standing clients returning over five and even eight years note that the same care is shown on every visit, and one customer recalls management stepping in to put an unfortunate incident right with a professional approach. The advice offered on roof condition rounds out the picture.
