Aqua-Clean

Aqua-Clean is a small family-owned local business that has been servicing Toowoomba and surrounds since 2002. It is a Woolsafe Approved Service Provider and Woolsafe Approved Fibre Care Specialist. The business specialises in carpet and upholstery steam cleaning (Hot Water Extraction) to Australian standards (3733/18). Services include stain treatments, tile and grout cleaning and sealing, natural stone and concrete cleaning and sealing, and leather cleaning and conditioning.

Aqua-Clean uses modern and powerful truck mounted machines. It provides a satisfaction guarantee. The team includes Sam Button, Tyrone, and Ben Button. Aqua-Clean has over 35,000 hours of work, 950+ satisfied clients, and 1250+ completed projects. Its service area includes Toowoomba, Highfields, Oakey, and the Darling Downs region.

Aqua-Clean earns steady praise across Toowoomba for carpet, rug, upholstery and leather work. Reviewers repeatedly describe carpets and rugs coming up brighter and fresher, including a fifteen-year-old carpet that performed better than it had since installation and a heavily soiled rug cleaned after dogs had tracked red dirt indoors. Leather cleaning and conditioning stands out as a speciality, with couches transformed after routine home care had failed to shift grime. Clients who return mention Sam by name for punctuality, quick completion and clear, affordable quotes arranged without fuss, while Ben Neven and Tyrone receive thanks for thorough, friendly attention to carpets and a lounge suite.

A recurring theme is the care taken with dining chairs, shag rugs and even a small caravan job, where old stains lifted cleanly. First contact is often described as prompt and straightforward, and the team is called helpful about fitting work in at short notice. High-quality equipment and evident expertise are noted, with real estate clients saying they pass the business on because results are delivered consistently. Upholstery and leather conditioning remain the services most often highlighted.
