Ideal Carpet Cleaning & Pest Control Toowoomba

Ideal Carpet Cleaning and Pest Control is a family owned and operated business. The business has been operating since 1987 and has been cleaning homes since 1978. It has been servicing the Lockyer Valley, Gatton, and surrounds since 1978. The business has used Woolsafe Australia standards for over 40 years. It services Toowoomba and the Lockyer Valley from Esk to Fernvale to Rosewood and all areas in between.

The business offers a Satisfaction Guarantee. It uses modern truck mounted carpet cleaning machines. Services include carpet, rug and upholstery steam cleaning and deodorising, mattress steam cleaning and deodorising, tile and grout cleaning, vinyl cleaning (stripping and sealing), leather cleaning and protection, water damage restoration, and odour control and urine detection and treatments.

Carpet, upholstery and pest control work carried out across Toowoomba forms the backbone of what customers describe, with Scott and Jack named repeatedly as the faces behind the results. Reviewers consistently praise the standard of the finish, noting that old and heavily stained carpets came up looking new again, including wool flooring and a rental property that had absorbed lingering dog odour. An aspect raised across a number of reviews is punctuality: more than one customer describes the team arriving when promised, and on one occasion ahead of schedule, which suited the household.

Communication before and after the job earns frequent mention, with the process explained clearly and recommendations offered to secure a strong outcome, while the pricing is described as reasonable for the work delivered. Reviewers also highlight how carefully the team moved through the home and how quickly the cleaning was completed. Repeat business recurs throughout the feedback, with some households returning for carpets, couches and pest control over several years, and others noting that stains two previous operators could not remove were dealt with successfully.
