Blue Cleaning Group Pty Ltd

Blue Cleaning Group Pty Ltd has been cleaning in Canberra since 2015. Melody Rodriguez founded the company and is its sole director and owner. Every cleaner is employed directly by the company and trained in its systems, products and equipment. The company holds ISO 9001 accreditation. It cleans twenty-eight locations on ongoing daily, weekly or fortnightly contracts and has cleaned twelve construction jobs for ten head contractors.

The company provides commercial, construction, industrial and residential cleaning services, serving Canberra and Queanbeyan. It uses fall-arrest harnesses and safety lines on roofs, boom lifts and scissor lifts against facades, and water-fed poles at ground level; its crews hold White Cards. The company owns its premises at Turner. It offers a seven-day guarantee to rectify bond cleans that fail final inspection at no charge.

Households and apartment occupants around Turner have turned to Blue Cleaning Group for a range of work that extends beyond routine house cleaning, with carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, pressure washing and window cleaning all featuring in the feedback. Customers in several reviews describe the standard of the finished result as exceptional, noting that floors, soft furnishings and living spaces are left looking renewed, with a fresh feel throughout. Punctuality and reliability come up repeatedly: teams arrive when arranged and work through the job efficiently without overlooking detail, and reviewers value the flexibility shown in scheduling visits around people working from home.

Communication before, during and after the work is consistently praised, from straightforward booking through to checking that the outcome met expectations. Customers also highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, describing them as respectful of the property and professional in manner. Tidiness after the job finishes is another common observation, alongside the thoroughness applied to each task. For those wanting a dependable cleaning team, the comments point to careful attention across carpet, upholstery and hard surfaces, with the care taken by the crew standing out as the recurring theme.
