BnR Carpet Cleaning

BnR Carpet Cleaning is a locally owned business that has been serving Townsville and surrounding areas since 2009. The company has over 15 years of industry experience, and its team consists of certified technicians. Services provided include carpet cleaning, upholstery care, flood damage restoration, and pest control. BnR Carpet Cleaning uses ProChem and stain removal chemicals, deodorising sprays and pet odor sprays, and asthma friendly chemicals. Pensioner discounts are offered.

Rugs, curtains and well-used carpets in Townsville feature prominently in the accounts left for BnR Carpet Cleaning, and the name that recurs throughout them is Brad. Reviewers describe fibres that had darkened with paint, oil and lingering pet odours coming back fresh, soft and looking new, with thorough vacuuming, spraying and extraction repeatedly credited for those results. Punctuality and efficiency are mentioned again and again, including a last-minute booking taken on for an end-of-lease clean that satisfied the property manager and a job finished ahead of schedule.

Communication is described as clear and unhurried, with Brad explaining each stage and pointing out the limits of household machines. Respect for furniture, tidiness and the fresh scent left behind come up often, as does the easy, friendly manner of the technician, portrayed as someone who goes the extra distance rather than delivering a half-hearted effort. Repeat clients raise value for money. Beyond carpet and upholstery work, the business covers rugs, curtains, leather, tiles and pest control, a breadth that keeps customers coming back for their next clean.
