It uses hot water extraction with industrial steam cleaning machines and offers discounts for combination cleaning.

Townsville residents repeatedly commend the results delivered by Magic Carpet Cleaning & Restoration, with carpets, curtains, upholstery and blinds the work that comes up most often. A handful of customers describe heavily soiled carpets returning to a fresh appearance, including one account of entrenched blu-tak and slime lifted from children's bedrooms, while another notes an eight-year-old couch transformed beyond expectation. Punctuality and reliability are a recurring theme: teams arrive when arranged, work efficiently, and complete four bedrooms and a seven-seater couch within a short window.

Named staff feature in the feedback, with Andrea credited for coordinating bookings, answering questions and liaising with a real estate agent during mould remediation, and Ben praised for his carpet work. Reviewers describe quotes as fair and pricing as typical for the market, and communication before, during and after the job draws consistent approval. Rapid response to an emergency flooding call is also mentioned. Upholstery, curtain and bond cleaning, along with fire and water damage restoration and pest control work, round out the picture of a team that leaves premises fresh and well cared for. Repeat business and referrals appear throughout the accounts.
