The steam cleaning service was top-notch. Our carpets look and feel brand new again. They even managed to get out some old coffee stains!

We've been using Calibre for a few years now. They're reliable, friendly and very responsive, and all of the cleaners I have had have been great. It's wonderful to come home to a beautifully cleaned home after work. There's no real hassle dealing with them and if my regular cleaner is unavailable they sort a replacement as soon as possible. The quality of the clean doesn't diminish over time either, which is something I've seen with other cleaners.
How dumb it is to email constantly a random business and ask them if they need cleaning services? Even in case I needed it I would not get it from you after receiving your spam multiple times. I do not reward with my money businesses who are spamming others. This is a warning as there is a lot of places online I can leave this review for your business if I ever receive a single extra email from you. If you do not want bad reviews DO NOT spam other people/businesses.
Worst clean I have ever paid for. I paid $375 for what was advertised as a full house clean, with additional add-ons, and the result was completely unacceptable. I specifically requested: • Stain removal on my couch • Proper vacuuming and steam mopping of floors • A deep clean of bathrooms and sinks • Carpet cleaning (paid add-on) None of this was done to an acceptable standard. Only one cleaner showed up, rushed through the job, and left it half finished. The bathrooms were not deep cleaned, the floors were not properly vacuumed or mopped, and the couch stains were still clearly visible. The most concerning part — I paid extra for carpet cleaning, and it was not done at all. The carpets were not wet, treated, or cleaned in any way. To make it worse, the cleaner even left some of their products behind, which shows how careless and rushed the job was. I raised all of this with the company and provided photo evidence, yet they still refused to offer any refund or resolution. For $375, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid.
