Pressure washing and end-of-lease cleaning feature prominently in the work Clean People carries out around Wollongong, and the feedback from tenants and property managers centres on the standard of the finished result. Sam is the name that recurs throughout the accounts, described as responsive, punctual and pleasant to deal with, and customers note that she and her team take evident pride in what they do. Several accounts note that apartments and units are left looking spotless or as good as new, with agents expressing satisfaction at the condition of the property on inspection.

An observation shared by more than one reviewer is the full return of the bond, which tenants link directly to the thoroughness of the clean and the care taken with each room. Communication is another theme, with quick replies and clear arrangements before the job singled out for praise. The team is described as efficient and professional in its approach, and the results are said to hold up even on jobs that were not straightforward. Effort is acknowledged as well as the outcome, with the women on the job noted for the attention they bring to their work.
