KBT Cleaning PTY LTD

KBT Cleaning PTY LTD provides cleaning services in Wollongong and the Illawarra, including Bulli and Shellharbour. Its cleaners have more than six years of experience in the cleaning industry, and its staff are fully insured. The company provides commercial and strata cleaning, and construction and post-renovation cleaning from Wollongong to Nowra.

It also provides end of lease cleaning, high pressure cleaning, carpet cleaning and window cleaning. Its sector-specific services include medical, hospital, school, childcare, gym, retail store, hospitality, restaurant, office, and pubs, clubs and hotel cleaning. It uses cleaning solutions devoid of harmful chemicals and customises cleaning techniques depending on the area to be cleaned.

Offices, apartment buildings and end-of-lease properties form the backbone of the work described for KBT Cleaning PTY LTD, with much of the feedback coming from commercial clients and tenants preparing to move. Khem leads the team personally, and customers note that he follows instructions closely and takes visible pride in what the crew delivers. More than one review highlights the ease of working with the team: communication before and after the job is clear, quotes are set out properly, and the standard holds whether the task is carpet cleaning, window cleaning or a full clean after construction.

Tidiness is a theme as well, with units, workplaces and shared areas described as spotless once the crew has finished. A point that comes up often is how willingly the team takes on extra tasks or works around issues on site, including short-notice bookings for relocations and bond cleans. Carpet care advice offered on the day has been appreciated, and the rates are described as fair for the work delivered. Clients report full bond returns and ongoing fortnightly arrangements as a result.
