Dan Cleans Services

Dan Cleans Services is a family-owned cleaning business with over 9 years of hands-on experience. It serves Launceston and Northern Tasmania. All team members undergo national police checks. The business uses eco-friendly products and offers a satisfaction guarantee. Dan Cleans Services provides cleaning for homes, offices, retail spaces, medical centres, and commercial premises.

Dan Cleans Services has built a strong reputation across Launceston for house and end-of-lease cleaning, with customers consistently highlighting the thoroughness of the finish. Several reviewers describe work that leaves a property spotless, including one account of a large renovation and subdivision project in Newnham where the team was brought in after numerous trades to prepare the site for handover. An aspect raised across a number of reviews is the attention to detail: Dan himself is named repeatedly as eagle-eyed, efficient and courteous, with customers noting that surfaces and fittings receive careful treatment rather than a quick once-over.

Communication is another recurring theme, with praise for clear updates before, during and after the job, and for the ease of dealing with the team from the first enquiry onward. Reviewers also mention punctuality, professional conduct and fair value, with pricing described as reasonable for the standard achieved. The company handles both residential and office cleaning, and property maintenance work appears among the services customers have used. Clients include households and businesses, and the consistent message is of a dependable operation that arrives when promised and delivers a result that meets expectations.
