The Cleaning Agents

The Cleaning Agents is a family-run business that has serviced Tasmania since 1958. Formerly known as Kols & Camsas Cleaning, the company is based in Invermay, a suburb of Launceston, and services all of Launceston and surrounding areas including Campbelltown, Perth, Exeter, Cressy, Westbury, George Town, Longford and Deloraine.

It employs a team of over 60 professionals, and every team member undergoes a full national police check. The Cleaning Agents provides specialist cleaning services across corporate, industrial and residential sectors, including house and end-of-lease cleaning.

Offices and households across Launceston have relied on this cleaning and pest control team for years, with several commercial contracts running beyond the twelve-month mark. Reviewers repeatedly mention the professionalism and trustworthiness of the crew, singling out Adam for his courtesy, punctuality and the regular updates he gives about appointment times, while Peter is described as knowledgeable. The work itself draws consistent approval, whether the job involves carpet cleaning, property maintenance or pest treatment, and one account records spiders dying within an hour of a visit, with the price described as gentler on the budget than other local pest control quotes.

An organised and dependable manner runs through the feedback, along with friendliness that clients notice over long associations. Customers also value being kept informed from booking through to completion and having faith in the result, while carpet work and pest treatments attract steady praise. The readiness to explain the products used is another trait that emerges, and the lasting business relationships say much about how the team is viewed.
