Excellent job Mike, thanks for getting the stains out of our rugs that we couldn't seem to shift, they look brand new. Very reliable, arrived when you said you would and friendly and professional service, highly recommend, great job 👍

Thankyou Bennett Cleaning Services for a very professional rug and carpet cleaning job. The team were well mannered and caring. The end result was amazing i had my doubts about getting these dirty carpets cleaned, they came up a treat which made my wife very happy. I can highly recommend this company and I will. Thanks guys.

Excellent service for my carpet, rejuvenate my carpet like them were new, Michael was very friendly and professional. Definitely will be recommending this company to family and friends

Update: We have now been using Premier Five Star Carpet Car for 11 years, and I am always impressed by the state of the carpet after Mike has woven his magic! He has removed stains that I thought were intractable, and the rooms smells wonderful. I highly recommend his business. We have a large bed and breakfast, and have been using Premier Five Star Carpet Care for ten years. We highly reccommend Mike who is always punctual (if not early!), polite and provides a great service. He has removed stains that I thought were permanent, and always leaves our carpet looking fabulous. I highly recommend him.

Great friendly service carpets came up great highly recommend

I would never recommend this company to anyone.I recently hired Bennett Cleaning Services for both carpet cleaning and end-of-lease cleaning in Launceston, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Although the owner, Michael, was Rude, the overall quality of the work did not meet expectations. The carpets were left with several visible stains and a damp smell that lingered for days. I had to re-clean some areas myself to make them acceptable for the final inspection. The end-of-lease cleaning was also below standard — some surfaces were still dusty, and the bathroom tiles hadn’t been scrubbed properly. When I contacted Michael about these issues, he was slow to respond and seemed reluctant to send someone back to fix the problems. Considering the price charged, I expected a more thorough and professional job. I would suggest future customers confirm the service details in writing before booking and inspect the work carefully before making payment.

Excellent service, we have used Bennett Cleaning services for a number of years now. They are professional, friendly and the carpets and upholstery always look fabulous. Michael was also very knowledgeable when it came to treating the carpet moth which saved us having to replace all the carpets in our home. Highly recommended!
