Several buyers describe the service as thorough and highly professional, with one long-term office client noting that standards of cleanliness are consistently maintained and that the team tailors its approach to specific requirements. Michael Callanan, the Northern Operations Manager, is named for providing solutions to problems and for making the process of joining as a client seamless, even handling requests that had not been anticipated. Reliability and punctuality come through as consistent themes, as does the thoroughness of the finish. A theme running through the feedback is how approachable and helpful the team is, with one customer recalling how a misplaced phone was found by a staff member and hand delivered. Kevin and his colleagues are thanked by name. The lasting impression is of a professional outfit maintaining high standards for offices and organisations.
