Did end of lease clean for my friend and wow what a joke.. no walls cleaned, no ledges cleaned.. just a joke.. wiped kitchen down and wet the floors..

Absolutely terrible work , wall’s left dirty and smeared with dirt , missed heaps , didn’t clean half the house , cobwebs still there and dust , steam cleaning job was absolutely shocking , DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

AWFUL! Let me list what was NOT done on our two bedroom unit for which we are the landlord. The full length wardrobe mirrors in both bedrooms had not been cleaned at all. None of the insides of the windows. They had not cleaned behind any of the doors in the house - bedroom, hallway, bathroom. None of the tiles below waist height were cleaned in the bathroom. Toothpaste and fluff on them. None of the cabinetry doors in the kitchen had been cleaned. Laundry sink not cleaned nor the floor around it. Cobwebs still on walls and in corners. Sliding door railings. Light switches all missed. When I contacted Ricky, he offered to send a cleaner around but it was too late as I needed it done today with tenant moving in. I fixed it myself. He got immediately nasty, told me I was talking BS, hung up on me and so I sent him the photos below.

What a poor, disgusting, horrible business. I booked a clean on Monday, the person on the phone said they’d be here at 10 am. At 8.20 am, I told the company over the phone that we were sick with gastro and he continued to force the clean upon me. I refused and said we are sick so we will not be going ahead with the clean. The man told me that I need to let him know sooner, when he left an hour early with ETA an hour before the agreed time. He demanded $60 from me because of the cancellation, called me horrible, told me I wasted 1.5 hours of his time and petrol (which means he was almost at my house at 8.20 am - almost 2 hours before agreed time). Then today, he called me once, I declined it as I was at the hospital, so he called me 7 times back to back without stopping. I told him to stop calling and he sends a message saying ‘do the payment’. No manners, zero customer service skills and a severely poor attitude. He wrote me a message saying, instead of messaging you could do the payment. Absolutely not. I will not pay a man who treats customers this way. This business should be shut down.

DO NOT USE!!! I’m absolutely furious with the complete lack of professionalism and accountability shown by Ricky and his team. My partner had clearly arranged for Ricky to be at the property at 8:00 AM. By 8:15 AM, he still hadn’t arrived, so we called to check. Instead of apologising or offering any explanation, his worker casually told us he’d be there at 10:15 AM—a full two hours late—and outright refused to acknowledge that he’d missed the agreed-upon time. It doesn’t end there. Later that day, a friend of ours happened to drive by the property and noticed something absolutely unacceptable: the front door was left wide open, and the back door was completely unlocked. This is beyond negligent—it’s a serious breach of trust and a blatant disregard for the security of our home. When my partner confronted Ricky about this dangerous oversight, rather than taking any responsibility, he had the audacity to try and blame us for not being there to check on the property ourselves. We had already told him multiple times that we were interstate and physically unable to attend. There is no excuse for this level of carelessness. Ricky’s failure to take responsibility and his dismissive attitude toward a very serious issue shows that he is not to be trusted. Avoid at all costs.
