Shine End of Lease Cleaning Geelong

Shine End of Lease Cleaning Geelong is a locally-run home cleaning firm covering the Geelong region. It provides house and end-of-lease cleaning. The company offers a 100% bond back guarantee and a 72-hour free reclean if the agent is not happy. Its cleaners are fully insured, vetted, and background-checked. It uses eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe for kids, pets, and allergies.

End-of-lease cleaning sits at the centre of the experience customers describe, and the accounts divide sharply. A portion of reviewers report a thorough result, pointing to a moving mess cleared away and a workplace left properly clean, alongside punctual, professional cleaners and what they considered reasonable pricing. Running against that is a common thread of late arrivals and scant communication, with several people noting crews turning up hours after the agreed time without notice.

Another complaint raised repeatedly concerns the cost moving past the original figure quoted, including a demand for extra payment ahead of the work and a higher charge than first stated, with Ricky named in that account. Reviewers also describe finishes that did not meet the standard needed to vacate, leaving them to organise and pay for a second clean, and some felt the property looked largely unchanged. Slow responses before and after the job feature more than once, and failure to meet the vacate clean standard is the concern that surfaces most. The pattern of disappointment around final results and billing runs through the lower ratings.
