Dennis was highly responsive and provided consistent updates as the job progressed. He was transparent about addtions to the service before they were carreied out. The clean itself went smoothly, and we were happy with the service. Thank you.
Thanks so much to Dennis and his team for a fantastic end of bond/lease clean. Dennis was great at communicating through the whole process and his team made sure my old apartment looked brand new after such a thorough clean - I would definitely use O2O again.
Fantastic service. I called to see if they could take a next-day job, and they managed to fit me in. Great communication—very responsive. Not only did they finish much faster than expected, they also did an incredible job. Everything is spotless, including parts of the house (the range hood 😭) that were so filthy when we moved in that I didn't think they *could* be cleaned. Wish I'd hired them when we'd moved in rather than when we were moving out!
Highly recommend the service. The cleaners communicated clearly throughout the entire process and could obviously tell that they have put 100% effort on completing the job. To my surprise, the place is left absolutely spotless, and my family said they wanted to move back in given how clean it is :)) I appreciated their effort for doing all of this because this place is cleaner than when I first moved in! Absolutely fantastic service from O2O Cleaning! We hired them for an end of lease clean for my parents’ house in Glen Waverley, and the place was extremely dirty after not being cleaned for a long time. The team did an outstanding job – the house looked spotless by the time they finished. We are so grateful for their hard work and professionalism. Communication from head office was excellent, with prompt replies via email and phone. Any small issues after the clean were fixed up quickly, with great care and attention to detail.
