Glittering Cleaning Service

Glittering Cleaning Service is a family owned and operated business that has been providing cleaning services since 1999, more than 25 years. The business is handled by Sheree along with her son and daughter-in-law. Sheree previously catered to all shopfronts in town.

Glittering Cleaning Service serves Townsville, Alligator Creek, Mount Louisa, and Bluewater Park, and can travel to any location within an hour's drive. 11 real estates are contracted to Glittering Cleaning Service for bond cleans. Services include bond cleans, carpet cleaning, house washing, windows and blind cleaning, real estate cleaning, builder cleans, and tile cleaning. A satisfaction guarantee is offered.

Bond cleaning is the service that comes up most often in feedback on this Townsville operation, with several customers describing end-of-lease work that satisfied rental agencies on the first inspection. Reviewers repeatedly mention how straightforward the whole process felt, from the first replies through to the final walkthrough, including jobs booked at short notice when another provider had cancelled.

Punctuality stands out, with crews arriving when arranged and bringing their own equipment so nothing needed to be supplied on site. Clear quotes are another common theme, with reasonable pricing named by more than one customer who felt the cost matched the result. The standard of the finish draws consistent praise, whether the task is a full bond clean, a general tidy-up or the removal of mould that had built up on walls over time.

Staff are described as polite, professional and easy to deal with, and Krystal is singled out by name for the quality of her work. Advice given on site has also been valued, with one customer noting the guidance saved money on the job. Repeat work for real estate agents and owners preparing properties for new tenants runs through the accounts, alongside spring cleans and smaller household jobs.
