Gold Coast Cleans

Gold Coast Cleans is a Gold Coast-based cleaning company founded by Jade Castle and Zac Revere. Jade Castle is the Managing Director, Kerry is the Operations Manager, Letitia is the Commercial-Site Supervisor, and Heather is an Administrative Assistant. Each team member completes a three-month training program, and the company is insured and police checked. Gold Coast Cleans offers a Satisfaction Guarantee and provides house cleaning, Airbnb cleaning, and commercial cleaning services. The company has a commitment to community.

Consistency and care from the same trusted cleaners is the theme that runs through the feedback for this Gold Coast house and end-of-lease cleaning company. Several customers describe the thoroughness of the work, noting that homes are left spotless and that small finishing touches make a real difference. Reviewers frequently point to cleaners by name, including Mel, Amelia, Jade, Carmen, Tish, Keri, Demi and Becky, praising their attention to detail and friendly, easy-going manner.

Punctuality and reliability come up often, with clients saying the team arrives on time and can be depended upon to look after multiple properties with confidence, including short-stay homes whose guests appreciate the standard of presentation. Communication is described as smooth and quick, both when bookings are made and afterwards, and customers note that nothing seems to be a problem. The pricing is considered fair for the standard delivered, and the same cleaners returning regularly is valued. One recurring point is the training and consistent quality across the team, with a can-do approach and genuine pride in the result, whether the job is a routine house clean or a full end-of-lease clean.
