Pauls Clean Pty Ltd

Pauls Clean Pty Ltd is a locally owned Gold Coast cleaning business originally established as Joanna's Cleaners in 1996. The company rebranded to Pauls Clean Pty Ltd in 2009 and has over 22 years of experience. It employs a team of over 50 trained cleaning professionals, including professionally trained Japanese staff. All employees complete a police check.

The company supports 750+ private and care clients. Its service area covers from Coomera to Coolangatta. It uses environmentally friendly products and modern cleaning systems. The company is covered with 20M public liability insurance, work cover insurance, and holds white card certification. It offers residential, commercial and specialised cleaning services.

Households that have kept the same crew on the roster for years sit behind much of the feedback for this Gold Coast operator, with repeat weekly and fortnightly arrangements mentioned again and again. Punctuality is a theme reviewers repeatedly raise, and several note that the team gets in touch before a booking to confirm when they will arrive. The finished standard draws consistent praise, covering attention to detail indoors as well as how much is completed within the booked time. Manners are mentioned often, with staff described as friendly, polite and respectful, working hard while remaining focused on the task.

A full spring clean combined with window washing ahead of a family wedding features among the special jobs, and the result was called immaculate. Paul is singled out for the honesty he showed when assessing a new regular cleaning job, while the wider crew is described as organised and dependable. Fair charges for the work come up frequently, as does the trust that keeps clients booking regular house cleaning and one-off projects alike, from carpet and window work through to lawn care and painting tasks.
