House Cleaning Carlton

Highly recommend ACL Cleaning to anyone who requires ease of mind that their rental will be at the best standard possible before keys are returned to the property manager. I hired them to fix up a bad service by another provider and the difference between professionalism, care, skill, detail and friendliness was above expectations. These are the people you need to call if you're in a bad situation like myself or want to avoid being ripped off by other services who fail to deliver on "bond back guarantees." Thank you again for restoring my faith and I will be a return customer going forward!

Definitely recommend! Ricky and another team member did such an amazing job for my apartment, even the real estate agent is impressed. I got my bond back pretty much in no time. They are also super flexible and understanding as I had to return key in such a tight deadline. Overall, I would 100% get their help again :)

Impressive work done by ACL Cleaning Service. Thanks for doing the best cleaning and removing the mold from wall. These guys are friendly and super helpful. During the covid lock-down situation , they helped to handover the keys to agent which was really appreciable. I would recommend his service to anyone. No regrets at all!

Wonderful work guys. Thank you for doing the best cleaning and solving the problem with the mold in the toilet. The agent sent us a message saying that you did a great job. Also, it was easy to contact the company and schedule our preferred time. I strong recommend the service. You will not regret it!

I recently required an end of lease cleaning with the ACL team. I was personally very happy with the job but the agent was holding bond due to a couple of small issues e.g a couple of hairs on floor and a scuff mark on the wall. I contacted ACL and true to their word they arranged to collect keys from agent to rectify the outlined concerns. I have since received my bond and would not hesitate to use them again

ACL Cleaning did a good job with an End of Lease cleaning for my rented property recently. The kitchen, specifically, was cleaned properly. Plus, their bond return guarantee puts my mind at ease into booking the cleaning service with them. Unfortunately, the reason I did not give them a 5* rating is because they almost gave me an anxiety attack, due to them not managing customer's expectation well. The cleaning job was completed behind schedule. Overall, I will probably contact them again in the future for any cleaning job if the deadline is not tight.

This is my 3rd time using this company for an end of lease clean, the cleaners always do a brilliant job for a fantastic price. I have never had an issue with getting my bond back and have even had the estate agent comment on how clean the apartment was. Thanks for the great job as always!
