Localz Cleaning Services

Localz Cleaning Services was founded by Dev Rokaya, who specialises in residential cleaning. The company serves the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie areas. It offers residential, commercial, end of lease, move in/out, carpet, carpet steam, windows, tiles and grout, after renovation, gutter, pressure washing, and regular hourly cleaning services.

Punctuality and reliability emerge as the qualities customers return to most often when describing this Newcastle cleaning business. Several reviewers note that teams arrive when they say they will, work efficiently through the job and leave the property looking refreshed, with end-of-lease cleans singled out for particular praise. Attention to detail comes up repeatedly, whether the task is a routine house clean, a carpet or window job, or a gutter clear-out, and the thoroughness of the finish is what clients tend to highlight. Reviewers also mention that the staff are friendly and professional throughout, communicating clearly before and during the visit and treating the home with care.

The breadth of work covered, from air duct and carpet cleaning to janitorial and window services, means one crew can often handle several jobs in a single booking, a convenience noted by those who have used the team across different properties. A point made in several accounts is how spotless and fresh rooms feel afterwards, with floors, surfaces and windows described as left in excellent condition. The result is a consistent picture of a dependable local operation whose crews are trusted to complete end-of-lease and general cleaning to a high standard.
