I got the date wrong and asked them to come a week too soon- but they came anyway and did a fantastic job. All our stains were gone and the carpet looks amazing.
Amazing service! Having my large area rugs cleaned right in the living room was so convenient. The technician arrived on time, was extremely professional, and managed to lift out stains and odors completely. The rugs look fresh, smell great, and were dry much faster than I expected. Highly recommend.
Mr&Mrs Steamer did a wonderful job with our carpet cleaning. They were efficient, polite and friendly. I highly recommend them and it is the second time I use them. Thank you so much !!
Wonderful people and exceptional service. The woollen rug looks amazing after years in the grandchildren’s playroom! Thanks so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Fantastic service. Friendly, reliable, great communication, and they took great care of my carpets. Would highly recommend. Thank you, Mr & Mrs Steamer!
Though some misfortune, my washing machine drained into my carpet. Called Mr and Mrs Steamer in and once they worked their magic, you can scarcely tell the carpet was stained at all. Top notch work, and pleasant people to deal with
Amazing service. Needed to do a big end-of-lease clean for our unit which we had been renting for 4 years with pets. Mr and Mrs Steamer organised the entire thing, full clean including oven, windows and balcony etc., professional carpet steam clean with spot stain removal where needed, pest fumigation service for renters with pets... the whole shebang! Cost was quite high but on par with others and well worth it, service was amazing and they did a great job. After the clean, the rental inspection came and still managed to identify some issues, so Mr and Mrs cleaner happily arranged to return and resolve the items listed on the inspection report, at no extra cost and with 100% satisfaction guarantee (we were more than satisfied). Thought they can't ensure it, we were able to get our full bond back thanks to their fantastic service! Thank you Ruby and the team at Mr and Mrs Steamer!!!
