They have excellent cleaners, great communication with administration and a good price for service provided. I highly recommend Neeet!
Unfortunately this appears to be a scam company - I had booked in a clean but they did not turn up. I rescheduled and they did not turn up again and now I’ve been charged. They are also not answering my phone calls, be warned.
Lorena is great! She is friendly, polite and very good at her work. She is always on time and if delayed for some reason, she makes sure to inform. The NEET team overall has been very engaged as well. Email / SMS reminders help to keep track of the next clean, and it's easy to make any changes through the personal dashboard on the NEET website.
I am very happy with the service provided by Natieli. Natieli does a fantastic job making my home very clean and fresh. She is a punctual, professional, and pay great attention to detail. I highly recommend Neeet Cleaning for anyone looking for a reliable and thorough cleaning service. Will definitely be using their services again!
Our Neeet support worker Isabelle has been fabulous in completing her tasks swiftly and to a high standard. In the first place I clarified all the jobs she needed to complete. But anything spontaneous that I asked her to do she has been thoroughly cooperative. We are very happy with her high standards and I would recommend her to anyone.
Isabelle has been cleaning our apartment every two weeks, and she does a fantastic job. She’s thorough, always very neat, and is easy to work with. Isabelle is also super friendly and great with our puppy, which is a plus. Highly recommend!
We had tried using another cleaning company previously, but the cleaners were haphazard and/or unreliable. Isabela has been cleaning for us for about 5 months now and she is the best! She takes pride in her work, has great communication and is just a lovely person. I would recommend Isabela's service to anyone.
