Pro Cleaners Group is a house and end-of-lease cleaning business in Launceston, engaged through a property manager's workplace and used for rental-related work. The reviewer, a local property manager, names Preet and his team and describes their service as exceptional, with help available at the last minute when a crisis arises.

Nothing is treated as too great an ask, even when the customer acknowledges asking a great deal of the team. When a message is sent about a new challenge, Preet's assistance is appreciated, and that support is valued. The feedback centres on flexibility, quick assistance and a dependable response when time pressures are tight, with the team repeatedly able to step in at short notice for a property manager who relies on them.
