What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Queensland Window Cleaning & House Washing is based in Spring Hill, Brisbane, and holds a 4.9 average from 276 reviews. Justin, Isaac and Zac are named repeatedly for thorough, patient window cleaning, including re-cleaning a large picture window twice until satisfied with a result the customers themselves could not fault.
One detailed one-star review describes disappointment with exterior window results and a lack of follow-up response once payment was made in full. Given the volume of detailed positive feedback against this single account, it appears to be an exception rather than the norm.

A Big Disappointment: I was hugely disappointed with the outcome especially with the outside windows. I sent 2 messages for them to call me & they responded -overseas & back in 2 weeks. Another 2 weeks later Justin & son Isaac viewed the poor results saying they would get back to me. But once they were paid in full I got no response to my calls & messages although I had only requested a redo of the 2 worst windows. I do understand that a person may have a day they don’t feel great. But Justin has refused to take ownership of the shoddy workmanship. Sadly my expectations for sparkling windows did not materialise 😔
We recently had our house washed and couldn’t be happier with the result. It hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, so it was a very tough job, but the team handled it brilliantly. Organising a quote was simple. From the beginning the communication was excellent with questions answered and everything clearly explained. Over the two days, the team were polite, professional and took real care in what they were doing, with incredible attention to detail. The difference in the house is amazing and couldn’t recommend the team highly enough!
Issac and Zac were punctual and polite. My windows and glass doors were perfectly cleaned.

Clinton did a fantastic job cleaning the exterior of my house and the driveway! From my first contact via the web form QWC was prompt, professional and friendly. Leah was very obliging when I had to reschedule my booking which I really appreciated. I'll be using the service again and am happy to recommend Queensland Window Cleaning. Thank you for the great service! 15 Jan 2026 - As stated in my first review I have used the service again. Myconcrete was really disgusting and the house was getting mouldy. Justin and the 2 Isaacs did a fantastic job. My pergola was super mouldy and is now bright and shiny. I'm really happy with the work that was done.
Excellent and professional service. The final result was great! The windows were beautifully clean. Would definitely recommend and will be using their service again in future.
absolutely amazing job - had the house pressure washed and the windows cleaned. Justin and his team are very professional and easy to deal with - I would highly recommend them
