Tailored Services

Tailored Services was founded in 2017 and is locally owned and operated in the Mackay region. The company is fully certified and insured, and holds a Blue Card. It serves the Mackay region and surrounding areas including Sarina, Walkerston, Rural View, Proserpine and Cannonvale. Its main services include commercial cleaning, pressure washing, carpet and upholstery care, and tile and grout restoration.

Offices, homes and commercial premises across Mackay feature in the accounts left for Tailored Services, and the recurring theme is the thoroughness of the crew and the difference it makes to the surfaces they treat. A business owner describes walking into clean, tidy offices and notes that clients visiting the premises are consistently impressed, while another was so taken with the standard of the commercial cleaning that they arranged for their new workplace to change providers.

Named team members, Haley and Jason among them, are singled out for their care, punctuality and readiness to go beyond what was quoted, whether the task is pressure washing a driveway, reviving carpet in a home or restoring tiled floors whose grout had darkened over roughly thirty years. Fast responses and reliable arrival times are mentioned repeatedly, as is the standard of the finished work across carpet, tile, upholstery and window cleaning. Reviewers also note the pride the crew takes in its work and the hygienic, crisp feel of the spaces afterwards, with several mentioning they would book again for further jobs. The services span building restoration, floor care, pressure washing and janitorial support.
