JP Cleaning Services

Mackay renters and homeowners feature throughout the feedback for this cleaning business, which handles bond cleans, carpet and upholstery work, pest treatment and window washing alongside general house cleaning. The standout result that reviewers repeatedly highlight is the standard of carpet cleaning: several describe stains lifting completely and carpets coming up looking fresh, with one long-term resident reporting an eight-year-old home left immaculate after a four-bedroom, two-bathroom bond clean. Professionalism and friendliness of the crew are noted often, as is the speed with which jobs are completed.

Value also draws comment, with quotes described as far lower than expected for the amount of work involved. Set against this, a consistent theme of complaint runs through the lower-scored accounts, covering bond cleans judged incomplete, upholstery where odours reportedly returned, muddy marks left on tiles after carpet work, and difficulty obtaining a response or refund when customers raised problems. Pricing on some jobs was called excessive. The mixed record means experiences vary sharply depending on the job, with carpet and pest work drawing the strongest praise and end-of-lease cleaning the most dissatisfaction.
