I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jena, owner of Thrive Conscious Cleaning, across our short-stay portfolio and have been consistently impressed by her professionalism and dedication to her work. Jena has a clear drive for growth and it shows through her organisation, attention to detail and excellent communication. She completes our short-stay cleans either independently or with support staff and always maintains a high standard, particularly across our higher-end properties. She is proactive in reporting maintenance issues or concerns, communicates clearly, and assists with coordinating deep cleans or additional work when required. Jena is reliable, efficient and takes genuine pride in the properties she services. I would confidently recommend Jena and Thrive Conscious Cleaning to anyone managing short-stay accommodation and look forward to seeing the continued growth and success of her business.

We used Thrive Cleaning for our recent bond cleaning in Toowoomba and we couldn’t be more pleased. They were affordable, thorough and made the process stress free.

I recently moved to Toowoomba and happened to come across Thrive Conscious Cleaning while searching for a company that was professional, reliable, and delivered high-quality results. From my very first interaction, I was impressed by how easy they were to deal with and how clearly they value customer satisfaction. If those are the qualities you’re looking for, look no further. I genuinely appreciate the ethos behind this business and the care they put into how it operates. Before the first clean, I explained exactly what I wanted and what I expected and they absolutely delivered. The attention to detail, professionalism, and overall standard of their work exceeded my expectations. It’s such a relief to find a service you can trust, especially after relocating. I highly recommend Thrive Cleaning to anyone wanting dependable, top-quality service.
