Topnotch Sydney has built a reputation in the Sydney market around thorough cleaning work and straightforward dealing, according to the feedback left by customers. Several reviewers describe end-of-lease cleans that helped them secure a full bond refund, with one noting that the result was cleaner than expected and another mentioning that the team identified details they had not noticed themselves. Something that features in review after review is the walk-through at the end of the job, where staff explain what was done across the property. Customers repeatedly mention punctuality and reliability, and the ease of booking through the company's online system.

Communication before and after the work is noted as smooth, with a professional manner maintained throughout. Pricing is described as fair and, in some cases, lower than quotes received elsewhere. Reviewers also highlight the friendliness of the team and the depth of the deep cleaning carried out in houses, leaving rooms feeling fresh. The range of work extends to carpet, upholstery and window cleaning, alongside general laundry and cleaning services. Consistency between what is promised and what is delivered is a theme that runs through the accounts.
