A reliable, thorough clean carried out by a friendly team is the note that sounds most often across feedback on Zcleans, which handles house and end-of-lease work around Potts Point. Various customers describe cleaners turning up when arranged and moving carefully through the property, and the finished standard is repeatedly called excellent. Reviewers often highlight how well the team takes on board specific requests, confirming the details beforehand and following instructions rather than working to a set routine.

End-of-lease cleaning for a studio is singled out as a brilliant job at a price the customer considered great, pointing to quotes seen as fair for the effort involved. The people on site are consistently described as professional, attentive and easy to deal with, and their understanding of what was asked comes through again and again. Speed features too, with one account noting a fast service that lost nothing in quality. Attention to detail, clear communication before the visit and a friendly manner on the day are the elements that recur, and the whole experience is remembered as fantastic from beginning to end.
