Townsville Cleaning Contractors

Townsville Cleaning Contractors provides commercial cleaning services, with some residential work, to businesses in Townsville and the surrounding region. The company specialises in commercial cleaning, builder's cleans, commercial end of lease cleans, and cleaning for retail, medical, education and aged care facilities. It offers infection control and anti-viral cleaning. Extra services include glass, tile and carpet cleaning, vinyl strip/scrub, pressure cleaning and washroom supplies. The company is fully licensed and accredited to provide school cleaning services and looks after many primary and high schools in its region, both private and public.

It offers fully insured medical cleaning from small practices up to major hospitals, and provides childcare cleaning services to kindergartens and daycare establishments in the area. All staff have police clearances and are bound by confidentiality. The company employs local residents and avoids short-term or itinerant workers. All staff speak English. Staff undergo a rigorous interview and induction process including a background police security check. Staff are trained in the use of chemicals and equipment and receive onsite training and inductions for premises security and lock up/alarm procedures. The company guarantees its work. It is an equal opportunity employer that encourages mature aged job seekers to apply.

Townsville Cleaning Contractors earns steady praise for the individuals who perform the work, with named cleaners appearing again and again in feedback. Nathan and his crew are described as professional and accommodating, turning out at short notice to ready premises for shopfitters. Kath, together with Bec and Chris, is repeatedly acknowledged for thorough results, while Gavin's overnight office cleans leave rooms pristine and fresh before staff arrive, sometimes with a small note or treat left as a personal touch.

Michelle's dependable standard and close attention to detail are noted by a long-term client, and Phil is named alongside Nathan for consistent effort. A point that comes up often is the branch manager's habit of dropping in, discussing scheduling or staffing changes and taking feedback seriously, which reviewers say builds confidence in the work. Communication, punctuality and genuine care emerge whether the job is a weekly clinic clean, a large office contract or a deep clean and seal of unsealed vinyl flooring laid years earlier, which customers report was brought back close to its original colour, with maintenance advice passed on afterwards.
