What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Carpet and office cleaning form the core of what Australian cleaning care delivers across Sydney, and the feedback gathered from clients centres on the care taken with each job. Customers writing about their orders describe the work as meticulous, noting a consistent attention to detail that leaves floors and windows noticeably cleaner, with one mentioning carpets left smelling fresh after the visit. Reviewers frequently point to the professionalism of the team, the pride taken in the finished result and the willingness to work around a client's operating hours.

Communication stands out as a recurring theme, particularly the way Shiva manages his crew and keeps clients informed from the first contact through to completion. Quotes are honoured and jobs are finished within tight timelines, a point that comes up often when clients discuss budget and scheduling. The team is described as well trained and hard working, with a flexible approach that suits both offices and homes. Post-construction dust removal is among the situations where clients noticed the difference, and the same dependable standard is reported across repeat bookings.

Absolutely Outstanding Cleaning Service! I couldn’t be happier with the amazing job this cleaning team did! From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. Every room looks spotless — floors are shining, surfaces gleaming, and even the little details (like baseboards and window sills) were taken care of. They went above and beyond my expectations, and the house has never looked or smelled so fresh. The team was friendly, efficient, and clearly takes pride in their work. It’s rare to find such reliability and attention to detail these days! I’ll definitely be using their services regularly and recommending them to all my friends and family. If you’re looking for a cleaning company that truly delivers, look no further — this is the one!
