Ballarat Carpet Cleaning

Ballarat Carpet Cleaning is a locally owned and operated family business with over 17 years of cleaning experience. It serves residential and commercial clients throughout Ballarat. The business holds a current police check and carries $10 million in public liability insurance. It uses two truck-mounted carpet cleaning machines. Services include carpet cleaning, end of lease cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning, general cleaning, and steam cleaning. On-site inspections and a free quote are provided.

Prompt, careful carpet and upholstery work delivered by a team that customers in Ballarat keep returning to is the theme running through the feedback. Rob and Chris are named again and again, with reviewers describing them as friendly, professional and organised, and communication before and after the job is singled out as a strong point. Several customers mention that stains they feared were permanent, including red wine, came out easily, and that carpets in whole houses were left looking like new.

Speed and punctuality come up often, whether the job is a single walk-in wardrobe or a four-bedroom home, and the pricing is repeatedly described as fair and reasonable, with quotes given over the phone without the need for an on-site visit. Flood damage and end-of-lease deadlines feature in the accounts, and reviewers note how willingly the team fitted urgent work into a busy schedule. The equipment brought on site is mentioned, along with honest advice about which marks could and could not be removed. Glen is named for his handling of an urgent clean at a remote property, where sketchy directions and a busy booking did not stop the job being sorted swiftly.
