Very very bad !!!! The worse experience we ever had with a cleaning company!! They are very unprofessional 😡😡we hired them for a bond cleaning and paid 1130$ and then the real estate didn't accept their poor job and get us to Pay more because of them
I’m very disappointed with the cleaning service. Honestly, it feels like nothing was cleaned at all. The kitchen cabinets were still dirty, the floors were not properly cleaned, and everything looked just as messy as before. It was a complete waste of time and money. I expected a professional job, but this was far from acceptable.

The property was already in very clean, near-new condition and clearly did not require extensive work, yet the service provided did not match what was expected at all. While the cleaning staff were polite, the owner attitude was shockingly rude and disrespectful. Communication was poor and unpleasant from start to finish. On top of that, the payment process was not transparent — only cash or transfer was accepted, and the “receipt” provided did not resemble a proper invoice, which is very concerning. Overall, this felt overpriced, unprofessional, and unreliable. I would strongly advise others to think twice before using this service.
$1100 for a poor quality clean – completely unacceptable. I was charged $1100 for a house that was already very clean, and despite that, they refused to adjust the price after seeing the condition. The attitude was extremely unprofessional, rude, and not cooperative at all. The cleaning quality was very poor. There are still visible marks on surfaces, dust and dirt in corners, dirty window frames, and multiple areas that were clearly not cleaned properly. The work looks rushed and careless, with no attention to detail. For this price, the service is completely unacceptable. I have attached photos as evidence. I strongly do not recommend this company.
Incredibly high charges for small touchups. May be good for larger jobs but avoid for the smaller ones. Emailed over a month ago for a breakdown of work done and still not had a response.
I'd recommend Best Bond Cleaning highly! Another company let me down at the last minute but thankfully Sam had a cancellation next day, before my apartment lease ended.
