What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
NEST Home Services holds a 4.3 average from 338 reviews. One detailed one-star review describes a last-minute spring clean offer that was then rescheduled without adequate notice, causing significant inconvenience.
Against this, the large majority of reviews are strongly positive, with Sally (office coordination) and Gavin and Daniel (on-site cleaning) named repeatedly for going above and beyond, including quick organisation of a premium clean for a property styling deadline. The volume of detailed positive feedback suggests the cancellation incident was an exception to an otherwise well-regarded service.

I highly recommend this cleaning service. Rob and Stella have been cleaning my home on a weekly basis for the past five months, and I have been consistently impressed with the quality of their work. They are reliable, thorough, and always leaves my home looking spotless. Their attention to detail is excellent, and they take great pride in the service they provide. What I appreciate most is how accommodating they are when I need to make unexpected changes to my booking. They are always flexible, understanding, and willing to work around my schedule. If you're looking for a professional, dependable cleaning service that delivers outstanding results, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them
Amanda and Alan are fabulous! They’ve not been with me long, but are reliable and very professional. I love going home on the days they have attended.
Sally and her team are super responsive and always help to make the cleaning happen when we need. As someone who gets houses ready for sale, it’s such an important part of the puzzle to get good cleaners in at the right time - whether it’s after renovations, or just a quick clean before sale, the cleaners are absolutely equipped to do it all. They are so easy to book and deal with. Highly recommend!!
Edward and Jorge were punctual, great communication from the whole team and they went above and beyond my expectations. Their attention to detail is impressive and Sally made the whole process so easy from start to finish.
We recently had a spring clean done and Gavin did an amazing job! I have never seen my shower this clean! Our regular cleaner Stan started with us today and our house is sparkly clean. A great team of cleaners!
Highly recommend Nest! We needed them on short notice to do a house clean for a pre-sale and Gavin did a fantastic job. Well priced, good service.
We have used Nest Cleaning for a number of years and would never use another service. Sally and her experienced team are punctual, trustworthy and reliable, always leaving our home spotlessly clean.
