Bond Cleaning in Melbourne

Extremely disappointed with this company’s end of tenancy cleaning service. The job was nowhere near the standard advertised, with major parts of the clean either missed or not done properly — including the oven cleaning and steam cleaning of the carpets, both of which should have been included. The company states that they will return if customers are not satisfied, but in my experience this promise has meant very little. Communication has been poor from the start, and after initially responding, they have now gone completely silent despite multiple follow-ups. I have been trying to get these issues resolved for over two weeks, all while my bond is now at risk because the property manager is chasing me to get this sorted. What makes this even more frustrating is that they require full payment before the job even begins. That leaves customers with very little leverage if the work is not completed properly or if problems arise afterward. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Save yourself the headache and don’t book with this company. I paid an extra $300 for the grout to be done at my property and they didn’t do it but still took my money. Terrible communication and you cannot contact this company if you need help. They just put you on hold. They’re scammers. They also didn’t clean the blinds or clean any walls.

Bond cleaning in melbourne are very unprofessional. When they quoted me I gave them all the areas that I want to clean 3 bedrooms , 2 bath, sunroom with alot of windows, living area and kitchen. When the company BCIC quoted me I asked them if the price was for 1 cleaner or 2 and for how may hours. The person on the phone said that the price doesnt depend on the number of cleaner. So I said ok if it is 1 cleaner or 10 it is the same price? He said yes. My quote included all the areas mentioned and a 11 hour cleaning services each hour extra i need to pay. When the cleaner came he thought that he had 8 hours to clean the house but in fat it was 11 hours. Bond cleaning called me and said that my house has extra areas that needs to be cleaned and it is 150 dollars for that as extra as it will take the cleaner 3 hours to clean. I mentioned that this is not in the quote and that the agreement was made that it is already 11 hours of labour and doesnt matter how may people involved. The cleaner ended up finishing in 8 hours rather than 11 hours anyway 😂 because i ended up cleaning with him to finish. No issues with the cleaner. He was good the issue is with bond cleaning melbourne and BCIC company.

I hired them on 2nd of December 2025 over the phone the person name is Shivank he said yes we will do every thing I got an email too but after he sent the cleaner. The cleaner called me and asking a cash because he said your room needs steam cleaning because carpet is not cleaned if you give me cash I ll do it. I said no need just do it. He didn’t do proper cleaning because I made a complaint about it . Also in their policy if the customer is not satisfied they will send the cleaner again I asked them to send cleaner again. It’s been 20 days they didn’t send the cleaner neither they give me my refund back according to their policy. Infact they are arguing with me over the phone ( persons name is Alok he raised his voice and start arguments with me. So highly recommended never go with them don’t take any services from Bcic worst customer service ever they don’t how to do customer service in fact this company should be banned very shameful behaviour from them. How the owner is and why didn’t he take any action against them. Seriously it’s the worst service of all time.

Fantastic job done in a 3 bedroom 2 loungeroom huge kitchen house.Very friendly cleaners and support staff, got the bond back with no reason to have them come back, landlord very impressed with the job done. $400 cheaper than companies recommend by real estate. Good follow up and heaps of photos provided to show work done. Highly recommend!!

1 star because I cannot put any less. BCIC was the company hired for the cleaning. They took my keys and then did not clean anything. I paid for an end of lease cleaning with carpet cleaning. Came back the night of the "cleaning", they had done nothing. I called the cleaner, he said they would do it overnight. In the morning I receive an email "Job completed" but there were no "after" pictures so I went back to the apartment at noon, still nothing cleaned. The cleaner was not responding to my calls anymore. Mind you he still had the keys. Took me more than 20min to get in touch with someone from customer service. I sent email telling them I would sue and call the police if they did not give me a full refund and my keys back. I got my keys back, I'm still waiting for the refund. Conclusion: This is a scam. Stay away. Found out later they have 2.3 star review on Trust Pilot

We had last minute cancellation from another cleaner and had to search another one urgently. They were helpful, able to fit us in and the price is very reasonable for the services provided. Definitely recommended.
