Very disappointed with the service. They did a low quality job and didn’t honour the bond back guarantee while cleaning our house in Thornbury for end of lease in October 2024. The agent used our bond to pay another cleaner. Would NOT recommend!!

DO NOT TRUST. Myself and my housemates paid for a bond clean in late November. The cleaning was severely substandard and resulting in our bond not being returned. We have requested our money back which has not been returned. The 100% bond back guarantee has not been honoured. We will be taking this matter future.

Do not hire X Cleaners. For our recent end-of lease clean, Bond Back guarantee was not honoured, service was incomplete, poor quality and we were docked additional cleaning fees by our agent. X Cleaners refused to engage in discussions about bond return or service refund. Hire anybody else, literally anybody

Terrible Service – Do Not Trust Them This company is completely dishonest. Their cleaners are unprofessional and did a terrible job. When my property manager wasn’t satisfied with the cleaning, they refused to return, even though they promised to fix any issues. I lost $200 from my bond because of their negligence, on top of the $450 they charged me. They are scammers—please avoid them at all cost.
