We booked 3 services: end of lease cleaning, carpet steaming and pest spray for our rental in Lindfield. It's hard to find a cleaner that does all 3 and within the same day. The booking confirmation was smooth and fast and though there was a slight change in timing informed to us the day before due to vehicle issues that the cleaners were facing, it all got sorted pretty quickly and reconfirmed that the services can be done within the same day. On the day itself, our cleaner Chitra did a great job communicating and making sure that every area was cleaned thoroughly and explained that they can come back to clean if there is any issue raised by the landlord. We didn't have any issue and our landlord was also very easy going and we got our bond 100% released. Happy with Call the cleaners and even our landlord mentioned that they might use Call the Cleaners in the future.
We were very happy with the cleaning service. The team was punctual, professional, hardworking and did an excellent job getting the house cleaned prior to Moving in. Communication throughout the booking process was also smooth and friendly. One thing I think could be improved is transparency around additional charges. We weren't aware that window shutter cleaning was charged separately at $10 per shutter, which added over $100 to the final bill for the whole house. It would have been helpful if this had been explained upfront during the quotation process so there were no surprises, considering we already paid $900 for the original quote. Aside from that, the quality of the clean was excellent and we would happily recommend Call The Cleaners to others.

Today we had our house cleaned, and we were really happy with the results. The team cleaned the whole house, including two bedrooms, the living room, hallway, kitchen, dining room, and bathroom. Great experience from start to finish. The online booking was seamless, and communication was excellent—Lisa was very prompt and clear about her arrival time.
