I could not recommend crystal cleaning enough! Amazing service and a very good job done. We called last minute and they managed to fit us in for carpet cleaning, timing was perfect and communicated with us what was needed done, very professional and amazling priced for such a big house(3 BR+Study+plus huge huge lounge)The carpet looks amazing, better than when we moved in. I would also like to add that Jane was able to help us out when others couldn't, we had someone booked in to clean our carpet earlier but due to the carpet being old, having odour, and a few tough stains he walked out on us saying there is no point so a big thank you to the crystal cleaning team and especially to Jane!

I would highly recommend Jane and Therese as they did an amazing professional job making our home liveable again after a drug addict was squatting there for one month, he pulled out items from our cupboards, threw out and binned practically everything from every drawer, cupboard, he also sold items etc etc. Jane arranged for drug tests to be carried out on the walls, washing of towels, organising cupboards, cleaned the carpet, took items to the dry cleaners, also disposed of items at the tip, arranged for a window cleaner, oven cleaner, cleaned the outside, the list goes on and on. When we opened the front door we were greeted with the chandeliers switched on, the smell of perfume in the entrance and beautiful flowers in vases. Seeing how beautiful our home looked again I became emotional so a huge thank you Jane and Therese for going far beyond what was expected ohh and Jane kept me informed and was constantly checking in on the house 🤩😅✨👌❤️💯

Always very impressed. We had our car detailed recently for sale. It looked so good I did a double take to recognise it. Their home carpet cleaning service is second to none. Amazing attention to detail, outstanding sevice. We keep them coming back, they are that good!

Paid $200 for a thorough clean, and an extra $50 for the floors to be cleaned...now in the description of a thorough clean, it states the vents will be cleaned... upon picking up my vehicle, it was still dirty on the outside and the vents hadn't even been touched.. i spoke to the team and they were happy to have another go.. so therefore my vehicle spent ANOTHER full day in there yard.. upon picking up my vehicle the 2nd time outside was clean yes, but THE VENTS ARE STILL DIRTY! I will now be going to the supermarket to get some cottontips to now do a job you guys should have done first time around... not a happy customer AT ALL

Great business, very helpful & friendly owners, they will always try to fit us in, we live out of town do sometimes a bit short notice. Quality work.
