Drymaster Carpet Cleaning Canberra

Booked a end of lease steam clean 3 weeks in advance, came to the day of the booking and they never showed up to do the work, called the overflow extension 5 times to ask about eta and all i got back was "an agent will reach out shortly" which they never did. Had to organise a same day job with another company that cost me triple due to short notice. 2 days later and atill havnt heard anything from the company regarding the appointment. NEVER BOOK WITH THESE GUYS! I can't stress that enough.

Booked weeks in advance, they cancelled on me on the day of the booking. Rescheduled for 5 days later at the earliest - cancelled 5 mins before scheduled time for that day as well. It was for an end of lease so this cost an extra 5 days of rent, plus an extra day needed to take off work. They cited technicians being “rushed” to hospital both times. No solutions offered. Asked them to organise another company given the inconvenience, which they took too long to try and do so found someone myself. Things happen sure, but no initiative or desire to assist with a booking they could no longer fulfill - it was basically tough luck and “out of our control”.

I was very impressed with the service provided by Ken and Sarah. They did a great job, turned up right on time, were pleasant and professional to deal with. I would certainly recommend them and will be keeping their card on hand for my future use.

Booking for the service went very smooth. Did an online booking and early in the morning got a confirmation from Kim and was booked the next day. Ken and his partner were very professional and did an amazing work removing what seems to be permanent stains. This is my 2nd time with them and will definitely book again. Would highly recommend Ken.

Lovely friendly husband and wife team turned up as arranged and did a fabulous job steam cleaning our carpets and rejuvenating our leather lounges. Carpet looks like new again, very pleased with this service.
