Eddie & Luccas were referred to me & I couldn’t be happier. Their service is so professional, efficient & the work exceptional. I had numerous rugs to be cleaned - some valuable delicate antiques & all of special significance to me. Luccas took great care & all products are eco/environmentally friendly & most importantly nothing toxic or harmful to pets. I’m in Mermaid Beach, but they service the whole greater Gold Coast region. Honestly cannot recommend Eddie and the team at Eco Carpet Cleaning highly enough. From start to finish, the communication was absolutely top notch. The very first time I called, they picked up straight away and gave me everything I needed to know. Pricing was quick, clear and straight up: no hidden costs, no surprises, no messing about. Booking was just as easy. They locked in a date and time that actually suited me, turned up exactly when they said they would, and were super polite the whole way through. Eddie talked me through everything he was going to do and explained how each part applied to my particular carpets, which I really appreciated. I also got their air conditioning cleaning service done at the same time, and Eddie went above and beyond by giving me specific maintenance tips for my unit. It sits near the kitchen, so he walked me through what to keep an eye on because of the fat and grease that ends up in the air from cooking. Genuinely useful info I would not have thought about otherwise. A different company had cleaned my carpets about a week before and done a poor job, leaving a lot of water in the carpet that left it smelling like wet dog. Part of what Eddie had to do was undo their mess and get rid of that smell. To make sure my carpets actually dried out properly this time, he left me a couple of fans and a little tool to check the moisture levels in the floors. Above and beyond does not even cover it. Throughout the whole thing, Eddie was so helpful and so polite. I'm sure he's flat out busy, but he never once made me feel like an inconvenience, always getting back to my texts and calls quickly. I genuinely could not recommend them enough, and I will absolutely be using them again.

The carpet in my lounge room, bedroom and my wing chair hadn’t been cleaned for two years. Apart from some stubborn coffee/tea stains that have been there for some time, the carpet and wing chair look fabulous. Eddie and his assistant were friendly, professional and I highly recommend them. They were on time and the work was completed in just over an hour. I will book some pest control with this company in a couple of weeks.

Eddie & Lucas were punctual & did a great job. My lounge & ottoman were disgusting from our dog & just general dirt build up over time. My daughter’s room had make up on the carpet as well as dog urine & they managed to get most stains out or significantly reduce their appearance & the room now smells so much better. Couldn’t be happier with their service & would highly recommend them. Thanks Eddie & Lucas 😊🙌
