Electrodry Carpet Dry Cleaning Ballarat

Households and investment properties across Ballarat feature in the feedback for this carpet and upholstery specialist, which also handles tile and grout, timber floor refurbishment and sofa cleaning. The finished result is the theme that recurs most, with worn floorboards described as revived, carpets left fresh and tiled surfaces restored to a high standard, while one account notes a couch never looked better than after the visit. Reviewers repeatedly mention punctuality and professionalism, singling out technicians Mark, Leigh, Kachin and Lachie for turning up on schedule, working swiftly and explaining the options before any work began.

Clear communication and a friendly manner are mentioned frequently, as is the neat state floors are left in. When a skirting board was marked during a tile and grout job, the team returned within days to repaint it, an outcome several customers cite as evidence of genuine accountability. End-of-lease cleans attract particular praise, including one instance where a booking was squeezed in at short notice, and appointments are often arranged for the very next day.
