We needed some mould remediation done as well as the carpets cleaned in our whole house in preparation for our new babies arrival, they scheduled our technician Jenna to come out and have a look and give us a quote, she was on time, absolutely lovely, she answered all of our questions and made sure we got the best possible deal on all of the services we were getting done. When I called to schedule the appointment in I made sure to request that Jenna be the technician to come and service our house as we would be out of town when she was supposed to come. There aren’t enough words to describe how fabulous Jenna was, it’s not often you find people in these areas of work you feel genuinely care about the service they are providing and she went above and beyond every single step of the way. I would choose electrodry again every single time specifically because of Jenna. The service provided was great, and the customer service provided by technician Jenna was absolutely unbeatable! Thank you Jenna, your care for your work does not go unnoticed or unappreciated!
Our kitchen had mould as a result of busted pipe - a bit of a disaster but they were very helpful in arranging a quote and the work (mould cleaning and misting as well as aircon clean)was done very efficiently. The two staff we had do the quote and work were professional, friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend.
We have just had a 7.0m x 5.0m myrtle floor resurrected by Electrodry. The service and the results were excellent. The advice provided to my initial phone enquiry was comprehensive and very informative - and the subsequent on-site assessment provided by the technician was more of the same. Communication from the Company was excellent once the work was agreed upon. The technician completed the sanding and application of the sealer coat, two refresh coats and matte top coat within two days. We cannot speak more highly of the service and quality of workmanship and can confidently recommend Electrodry and the particular technician to anyone needing to have similar floor finishing work undertaken.
Very professional service, easy to book, sent confirmation email & reminder a couple of days out. Arrived on time, friendly & polite, very thorough job. Would definitely use this company again.
The technician Ben arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. We have used many different operators but this was the first time using ElectraDry. The carpets looked great when finished and we were able to walk on them within a very short time. vastly different from the old wet shampoo method. We'll never go back to the old method and would recommend ElectraDry to anyone.
Amazing results! We use them every 12 months and are never disappointed. Carpets come up great and are completely dry within a few hours. Very professional and friendly staff. Would highly recommend
Extremely happy with the work carried out. Mark was prompt, extremely professional and the work he did on the carpet, recliner and mattresses was excellent. Will be using Electrodry again especially if Mark is the technician.
