Shocking service!!! Was told over text message that the cost of my end of lease clean would be between $600-$700 Then the day came, and the cleaners turned up I was told to pay $960 upfront before they commenced the clean. I then spoke with the guy over the phone and said why has the price changed and he came up with all excuse to squeeze more money out of me. Unreliable, untrustworthy cleaning business these people are operating. Do not go with these people.

Subpar - Untrustworthy - Unprofessional I did a bond clean by Flexico. It was clearly mentioned in the request and agreement that the job is bond clean. Dhruvit quoted me 580, but when he came for the clean, on the day, he wanted 650. In a span of 48 hours amount changed. He would not start the clean until I transfer the complete amount. I lost trust from the time he step foot in the property for the clean. He brought a couple of amateur cleaners for the job and left in less than 2 hours. The cleaning job was not only sub par, but was done unprofessionally. Left all the garbage of their cleaning materials in my bin, they don't cleanup after themselves.
