They showed up to do the clean and upped the price when they found out I was moving out of country. The place was not very dirty. This was the last day of lease so I was stuck and had to do it. They said it would take 4 hours to clean, I saw them leaving after only 1 hour 45 minutes. The clean itself was not good. Go with a different company.
I wanted to reach out and thank you for the excellent service. I had contacted the top four cleaning businesses on Google for a "gold coast commercial bond clean" quote, and I was surprised that you were the only one to respond. GC Clean & Sheen was reasonably priced, and you and your team did an awesome job with the bond clean. I will definitely be using your services again in the future.
Very impressed with the quality of work. The cleaners were efficient, professional, and left my home spotless.
We recently booked Gold Coast Clean & Sheen for a full pre‑settlement clean and carpet cleaning of our new home, and Sam and his team were fantastic from start to finish. Communication was clear, they were punctual, and they took all the stress out of the process. The attention to detail was excellent — the house was spotless, the carpets came up beautifully, and everything was ready for move‑in without us having to worry about a thing. It’s rare to find a team that is both efficient and genuinely easy to deal with, but Sam and his crew delivered exactly that. Highly recommended to anyone needing a reliable, high‑quality clean.
Sam and his team did an amazing job! Highly recommend and will be using his services again!
Sam provided the most comprehensive end of lease clean for us on our house! From the clean, to internal & external windows, to carpet cleaning & they also offer other services. I'd highly recommend him to anyone in the area wanting a Gold Coast Bond Clean. We received our full bond back.
Sam and his fabulous crew of workers did a wonderful job cleaning a house we were renovating. So easy to talk to , nothing too much trouble or difficult to tackle , and responded promptly to my queries when phoned or messaged. Competitive and fair pricing for all their good ,thorough work done .Definitely have no problems recommending Gold Coast Clean and Sheen. Denise
