I made a booking for carpet cleaning and they told me that they will call me back to tell me what particular time they are coming, but they didn’t. I called them several times that week and they kept on telling me the same thing. They still did not phone me back. After a week, unsure if they will come, I made a booking with another carpet cleaning specialist and they made my booking fast and easy. McEwans, you were not like this before, how come? You must do something about your booking process or you’ll lose regular customers.
