I got the date wrong and asked them to come a week too soon- but they came anyway and did a fantastic job. All our stains were gone and the carpet looks amazing.

Amazing service. Needed to do a big end-of-lease clean for our unit which we had been renting for 4 years with pets. Mr and Mrs Steamer organised the entire thing, full clean including oven, windows and balcony etc., professional carpet steam clean with spot stain removal where needed, pest fumigation service for renters with pets... the whole shebang! Cost was quite high but on par with others and well worth it, service was amazing and they did a great job. After the clean, the rental inspection came and still managed to identify some issues, so Mr and Mrs cleaner happily arranged to return and resolve the items listed on the inspection report, at no extra cost and with 100% satisfaction guarantee (we were more than satisfied).
