Unfortunately this appears to be a scam company - I had booked in a clean but they did not turn up. I rescheduled and they did not turn up again and now I’ve been charged. They are also not answering my phone calls, be warned.

The cleaning was average, wouldn't say spotless or anything as we booked for "End of lease" cleaning, we didn't really know what to expect but $400 we paid and still don't think it's cleaned and there's definitely still more to clean. Also what we found kind of odd was we were told that we have to provide a vacuum cleaner and a mop which was fine and we did that. So in the message my husband confirmed that only the vacuum and the mop is being provided for the cleaning as asked. So assuming you were bringing the rest of whatever helps you clean as a professional cleaner? But after the cleaning was done we came back and found some of our cleaning equipment and products have been used and thrown in the bin without asking? We found that's pretty odd and not a very nice feeling, there was a pack of fibre cloths which were hidden in the bottom of a box where our stuff was being stored. So the cleaner went through that and used ten of them then threw them out and when they're reusable that hurts. And today I found more of my stuff that I left at the place for myself was being used and thrown like they didn't care? I mean some people might not care, but to us honesty is a big thing especially in your industry even small things, it's nicer to communicate before going through people stuff, and show your honesty trust me.

This disregard for my instructions shows a lack of attention to detail and professionalism. The entire cleaning session lasted four hours, but the results were far from satisfactory. Instead of a thorough cleaning, I was left with more work to do and a sense of regret for hiring this service. This cleaning service was not only ineffective but also unsafe and unprofessional. I strongly advise against hiring them. There are many other cleaning services available that prioritize hygiene, follow client instructions, and provide quality service.
